The analyst schedule a meeting (date, time and duration) with the Client to validate the SR. In this meeting the Analyst should bring with him one printed copy of the SR (automatically exported from ReqAdmin) to make all the notes needed. 

In this meeting, the Analyst validates each one of the SR with the Client to determine if they are complete, correct and have no ambiguity. If there is no observations made by the Client to the SR, it is possible to conclude that the SR are ready to be sent to the development team. Otherwise, the Analyst should go back and redefine the SR who had received any kind of observations made by the Client during the meeting.
