    The Project Manager is the principle responsible of the project. Among its responsabilities it is:

    • Delimit the scope of the software (with the Analyst)
    • Plan/Re-plan and manage the project.
    • Create a test plan and an implantation process (with the Developer)
    • Coordinate the work of all the team members
    • Interact with the Client
    • Assure that the objectives, dates and cost commited are being fulfilled

    This is one of the most critical roles inside any software development team.
