It is the person who formally request the development of the software. The development team will interact with him while the software is developed. It is the person who makes the decisions about the development of the software.

  • Make decisions on time about the requirements
  • Respect the cost estimation and factibility analysis made by the developer
  • Prioritize the requeriments in collaboration with the developers

  • Communicate requirements change as soon as it is possible
