I am an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department of the Physical and Mathematical Sciences Faculty at the University of Chile, where I work since 1986. I obtained my Master Degree in Computer Science from the University of Chile in 1986, and my PhD from École Polytechnique de Paris in 1991. My current working areas are Distributed Systems in general, including computer networks, telecommunications and distributed programming languages. I am involved in many activities, such as:
