Render text as strikethrough. This can be used to show text of a document that has been abandoned, but still making it possible to see what it originally was.
This element has the same effect as the S/A> element, but
is more descriptive.
You are advised to use cascading style sheets for presentation purposes.
Related elements are the DEL element, to mark text
as deleted, and the INS element, for inserted text.
