FIX to A Lempel-Ziv Text Index on Secondary Storage

In Figure 2, the space attributed to the String B-tree, extracted from the end of Section 4.1 in their SODA 1996 paper, lacks the space for the suffix array, so it should be 4 bytes larger per suffix (thanks to Simon Gog for pointing out this).
