I am a postdoc at the Department of Computation at the University of Chile, under the supervision of Pablo Barceló. I am working under the project ''Constraints for graph databases'' funded by a postdoctoral grant from Conicyt (National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research in Chile). My interests include database theory, logic, game theory and automata theory.

Work experience

  • 2002-2004: assistant at the University of Liège for students in their first year in Mathematics.
  • 2004-2006: "aspirante FNRS" (research position funded by the Belgian Funds for Scientific Research) at the University of Liège, under the supervision of Georges Hansoul.
  • 2006-2010: PhD student at the ILLC (University of Amsterdam), under the supervision of Johan van Benthem and Yde Venema.
  • 2010-2011: postdoc at the University of California Santa Cruz, under the supervision of Phokion Kolaitis.
  • 2012-present: postdoc at the University of Chile, under the supervision of Pablo Barceló.

Degrees

  • License in mathematics from the University of Liège in 2000-2004.
  • Education Certificate for teaching in high school from the University of Liège in 2003-2004.
  • Master in logic from the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (University of Amsterdam) in 2004-2006.
